Terms of Service — the agreement between you and Ripple

Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service are between you (the person using Ripple) and Ripple, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Brooklyn, NY. Using Ripple means you agree to these terms.

Who can use Ripple

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher). If you're between 13 and 18, you agree that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

What you can share

You own everything you post to Ripple. By posting, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content inside the circles you chose. We never license your content to third parties for training, advertising, or resale.

What you can't do

No content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or dox private individuals. No scraping the app or its APIs. No trying to circumvent circle privacy. Our Trust & Safety team enforces these rules; details are in the Community Guidelines.

Paid plans and cancellation

Ripple+ and Teams are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period, then reverts to Free.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that repeatedly violates these terms. Either way, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Disclaimers and liability

Ripple is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in New York County, NY.
